By accessing or using LinguaWall (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
LinguaWall is offered as a recurring subscription ($9.99/month or $75/year) and a one-time flashcard upgrade ($4.99). Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled at our discretion — contact us for help.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use LinguaWall only for lawful workplace communication and language learning. You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to transmit unlawful or harmful content. Restaurant teams are responsible for the phrases they capture and translate.
4. Hardware Quotes
Screen and hardware inquiries submitted through the Service are quote requests only. They are not orders or commitments to purchase, and pricing, availability, and specifications are provided separately. We may decline any request.
5. Disclaimers
Translations are generated by automated AI models and may contain errors. LinguaWall is a communication aid, not a substitute for professional translation or safety-critical instructions. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinguaWall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
