Account information: your name and email address when you register. Content you create: conversations, messages, translated phrases, and flashcards you save. Quote requests: contact name, email, phone, restaurant, and location details you submit for screen inquiries.
2. How We Use Information
To provide real-time translation, your personal conversation library, flashcard learning, and the wall screen display. To respond to hardware quote requests and communicate with you about your account. To improve and maintain the Service.
3. Service Providers
We use Stripe to process payments and third-party AI providers to perform translations. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services, under their own privacy policies.
4. Data Access
Your conversations, messages, and flashcards are visible to you and, in shared-library cases, to your team’s managers. Workspace admins may manage users and content. We do not sell your data.
5. Security & Retention
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Account and content data is retained while your account is active and may be deleted on request. Payment data is handled by Stripe and not stored by LinguaWall.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Children
LinguaWall is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for use by them.
8. Changes
